GLOBE is a network measurement platform that enables researchers to upload and run arbitrary containers on globally distributed nodes. Each core on nodes is dedicated to at most one experiment at a time which ensures measurement isolation and reproducibility.

The platform provides a web dashboard for managing experiments, monitoring node availability, and downloading results. Researchers can package any measurement tool as a Docker container and deploy it across the network with a few clicks.
